Wearing A Red Dress To A Wedding This Saturday 1-10-09 Please Help!?

The above link is for a picture somewhat similar to my dress, except where the straps meet the dress, they have a little silver “decoration”…
I’m wondering what color shoes are best, and style if your really good!!
Also what kind of “shall” would work?
