Me and my boyfriend want to go away for a night…stay in a hotel for Valentines day weekend just the two of us.
Where can we go? We live in NYC…wed have to take a bus somewhere….any tips? What place can we visit thats either upstate NY, PA, NJ, CT or anywhere else nearby?

My boyfriend is a beer drinking sports fanatic, especially when it comes to hockey. He’s just not the type of guy you would send flowers or wine to. Are their any other options of things I could have delivered to him for Valentine’s Day? If anyone had a link to an online store that will deliver to Canada and also take payment from the U.S. I would really appreciate it!
Is it cheap? The problem is money is tight right now… we just got a place together and last night we had to pay security deposit+ first months rent… it would save me about $50.00 to buy them and deliver them myself… has anyone ever done that? Help me out peeps!!!

I want to get my husband something for Valentines day, but I dont know what to get him. I’ve never really gotten him something for this holiday before. We’ve been married for 10 years. I’ve always given him a card, but not a real gift. Hes gotten me flowers, jewelry, things like that, but he’s not into flowers and doesnt wear jewelry other than his wedding band. I mean Valentines day is such a romatic holiday, what do you get the guys for this occasion. Should i get him something, or just continue to graciously accept his gifts, stick with the cards and some great sex (LOL!)? Whats a good gift idea for a man on this occasion? My budget would be around $100-200.
OK, so my fiance and I were planning on getting married in December. But some problems came up with my financial aid (I’m still in college and I can’t really afford to pay full tuition and we don’t want to take out loans) so we have to change our wedding date. I want to reschedule as soon as possible and I was wondering what you all think about a Valentine’s Day wedding? Is it too cheesy? Or should I even bother since its a very important holiday for couples?

It will have a Monaco Grace Kelly type of feel. Very opulent and romantic. Families coming from DC, ATL….wedding will be in Atlanta at a truly magical venue. Since couple spend money on dinner and gifts during this time….thought they could just come to this event. Also found airfare for UNDER $200….go Airtran!
