Wedding in Red – Perfect Marriage

My fiance and I have been toying around with the idea of a very sophisticated, romantic vampire theme to our wedding and reception. We really like the idea of having our wedding at the Paris hotel in Vegas (mainly for the location), and are just thinking of ideas for decoration, flowers, etc.

I’m probably going to wear a white dress still, with the bridesmaids wearing something in the blood reds color zone. I don’t really want a Victorian theme, which is a lot of what I’ve been seeing. I’m kind of thinking along the lines of a new age vampire theme, if that makes sense? Dark red roses with the tips dyed in black, dark red swashes and ribbons for the wedding, stuff like that…I just want some visuals to get an idea for it. Thanks!

I want to have a rose/night themed wedding. The colors are red, black, and white. Any ideas that would also be inexpensive but memorable? (Serious please)

My fiance and I love Halloween and are planning on getting married Oct. 31st 2009. We’ve been looking around for decorations and invitations and pretty much everything, but we can’t find anything that isn’t Mardi Gras.

Our wedding colors are Black, Gold and Red and we are looking at a Venetian Masquerade. Any suggestions on how to decorate and where to shop?

The reception will follow in a a/c red and white barn. I already thought of a fishing cake topper and naming the table different lakes we have fished at. I need more ideas though.

I already thought of a fishing cake topper where the bride is pulling the groom back with a fishing pole and naming the table different lakes we have fished at. My cake will be traditional with just the fishing cake topper and his will be a Bass fishing groom’s cake. I thought of using fish bowls as the centerpieces. Everything in my wedding is very elegant and after 5, there is just hints of fishing in the reception hall. The ceremony is a double hearts theme. I need more ideas though.

What would be nice, cheap wedding favors for a beach theme?

Ok so I am just getting started on planning my wedding which is taking place October 2009 in Destin, FL. My favorite movie is The Notebook and my fiance and I absolutely love this movie. I would love to incorporate this theme in my beach wedding/reception and could use some suggestions. Thanks!

every year there is an intense spirit week competition culminating in a hallway decorating contest. Each grade has a color – seniors red, sophomores black, freshmen blue, and this year, as juniors, we are white. I need a white theme to decorate a fairly large hallway, and it needs to be oringinal – never done before. Past themes have been roman, hospital, wedding, etc. we NEED something new and fresh!

My fiancé and I are going to Hawaii for are wedding ceremony. There will be 8 guest. We want to have are reception in Michigan. Im in love with elegance with a touch of Hawaii (without being cheesy) to give our guest a filling of actually being there.

We are going instead with a wintery ice blue and gray. I’m trying to figure out how we can pull it off. Any suggestions? PS wedding is in NJ so it’ll be chilly, and hopefully a winter wonderland!

I have a tight budget, since where Im having my Ceremony and reception is a bit expensive. I want Red and White roses, but Not anything BIG. There will be about 70 guests at my wedding, nothing to big. The Ceremony is outside, Im not sure if they even allow decorations out there. But the reception is inside and they do allow decorations, just nothing on walls or the ceiling.

Im not good with this sort of thing. I know my maid of honor will help me out. I just need some ideas, or pictures. Anything really. I havnt been to a wedding since I was 4 and that was my moms in a church. SO I really have no idea what to do. I can Put a picture of the floor plan up if that helps/

The wedding is next May. A little bit away. But I figured I should start now
I hate being the center of attention any way. But My SOon to be husband wants a “big” wedding. I just wanted to go to the justice of the peice. But Whatever.

Are there any other red and white flowers that would look good?

So I am going with aqua blue, sand, and white for my beach theme wedding. I want my bridesmaid & MOH to have long flowy dresses like the ocean. I think I want a little train on their dresses. If anyone can show me some ideas, or links, or anything it would be greatly appreciated. Remember flowy and I need it to look ok on both skinny and thick girls. Thank you.
