What Does Your Dream Wedding Cake Look Like?

What does your dream wedding cake look like? Or if you’re already married, what did yours look like?

Ours is going to be similar to this one, except it will be pearled and the flowers will be yellow, red, and light orange roses.

a weird dream about me preparing for my wedding?

please interpret this:
(p.s. im not in a relationship)
i dreamt that i woke up one day at my parents house and realised that today was the day of my wedding! and that i hadnt prepared a thing! my mum and dad were supportive. i asked my sis and bro to come and first my stubborn sister said no. then my bro said yea but then said no. i spent time convincing them that i will never forget this. my brother sympathised but didnt aggree cos my sis didnt.
Then i ran around looking for things to make the wedding so i was in a shop tryna bargain for something. and i found chairs there and begged to take it for the day they agreed, i ended up carrying it down the street and making my dad’s mates carry it too. we were carrying it down the street for some reason… wlaking towards a car that never was there… they walked infront of me far infront and i couldnt call them to stop and wait for the car. then i paniked about the decoration and remmebered a shop near by and ordered some people to but some cloth. i went with them to pick it myself and wanted a deep green colour. but both them, and the shop keeper decided to give me light green. i was tryna solve it by mixing it with a red colour too. but couldnt find it and time was running out. on my way to all these places, i met colleges from my uni and told them that im so so sorry for not sending a formal invitation but i forgot and they are invited today. The end.
p.s. i was thinking all throught that i cant beleive this is happening how is this guna happen, and i didnt even know who i was getting married to. but i was still persueing it. also, i completely forgot the dress and was focusing on the chairs and deco only? i was searching endlessly for anything in the shops i could finf to put in the wedding. what does this mean??????

What is your dream wedding?Describe?

I would have my wedding somewhere in South America or the Carribean. Maybe the Dominican Republic or Puerto Rico.An outdoor wedding by the beach would be nice. And I would sevre seafood, fried plantains, cream puffs, and I want a 7 tier vanilla cake with purple flowers. I would have a royal blue(or mint green) wedding dress because I love color and I destest the conventional white wedding dress. I would invite eanyone, I don’t believe in invitations or excluding people.
My bf said he might take me to a island around El Salvador and get married there and he has a lot of famioly and so do I.

Red Tie dream?

I had a dream that I got a red tie, and I put it on and it looked good.

In real life I only wear tie’s to some weddings and funerals depending on how formal they are, does this dream mean anything?
The clothes were definately clean and fit perfectly, the tie was perfect (in real life would mean I had someone else tie it lol). I looked very executive and felt very good. I currently wear jeans and t-shirts to work though.

My dream wedding is a Christmas themed event. Is that too weird?

These are the details. When I tell people exactly what I have envisioned they look at me all funny and usually laugh and tell me I am crazy.

Dress: A Victorian long sleeved, high collar, dark red velvet dress. Isn’t white for dead people?

Decorations: Real Christmas Trees and Poinsettias. Real trees smell so good, plus I can get all the other decorations (twinkle lights, bows, whatever)I need right after Christmas the year prior on clearance for cheap money.

Reception: I wanted to have a dessert reception instead of a traditional sit down banquet. It’s way cheaper plus Christmas is really the time for desserts. I was thinking of a lot of traditional fare, plus more contemporary stuff. Oranges, gingerbread, peppermint sticks, sugar plums, hot cocoa and yes, fruitcake as well as some holiday inspired ice cream, cream puffs, cheesecake, and eclairs.

Cake: I am not a big fan of sugary, butter cream frosting. I was thinking more of a large rum or bundt cake with like a cranberry orange glaze. Also, much cheaper than a traditional cake

Music: I was thinking a polka band to play christmas tunes

A Midsummer Nights Dream Wedding theme?

I am currently planning a wedding for Aug 2010 and I will be having a Midsummer Nights Dream theme for the wedding. Does anyone have any ideas for centerpieces, bridal party gifts, quotes to put on my invites, etc.? I am not looking to go over the top with period themed dresses or anything and I’m not looking to break the bank as my fiance and I are young and newly living on our own. I could use all the help I can get…

Anyone know where to find good Midsummer Night’s Dream wedding/reception ideas?

I am getting married in July and am starting to think up decoration ideas/ceremony stuff for a Midsummer Night’s Dream themed wedding. It’s going to be a very informal wedding where my dress is calf length and the flower girls all wear fairy wings. My fiancee and I were in a production of Midsummer together in high school so it’s a really magical theme for us. I’m looking for good, but not overwhelming ideas & have been having a hard time finding a decent website for ideas. Thanks for any info!
