My boyfriend had his ex-fiance’s engagement ring and wedding band’s stolen. My mom told me that she thought home-owner’s insurance might cover it. Has anyone else heard about this, or know if it’s true?

hi my name is alex,my dad died when I was 14 and when I was 15 my mom got with a real loser no job drank every day did drugs stole and by the way im 17 now and she just recently kicked him out and on his way out he manged to steal here wedding ring my dad bought here 20 years ago for $4000. im sure shes never going to see it again it really makes sick is there anything to do?

I have everything for our wedding reception venue printed off as communication has been verbal and via email, I have recently heard they may be having money problems so does anyone know where that will leave us, is email and verbal a good enough contract for our Wedding insurance to cover us? if new owners take over will they have to honor our booking Im really worried what happens? This is meant to be exciting and best day of our life and yet I am constantly worried she has already had most the payment for the venue and yet still asking for more??

My insurance company recently informed me that my fiance is not covered for loss or liability in the house that we jointly own. Our wedding date is not for a few years and they said he is not covered on our homeowners policy because he is not a relative of mine. They want me to purchase additional renters insurance for him. Is this legal?
We are both on the title (and the mortgage company as an add-on).
We have a date picked that is special to us and it falls on a Saturday (the traditional day for marrying in the church) in 3 years. In addition, both of our (rather large) families would be GREATLY disappointed to not be present at the wedding.

I had my rings on the stand next to the toilet and sink in our master bathroom. I went into the bedroom tog et something and I hear the toilet flush and when I went in there to see what he was doing my wedding rings were gone. We have State Farm for our homeowners insurance that covers our jewlrey for I think 2500 but will they cover something like this?

Ok, so I need braces, and I have given up on the idea of getting them for cheaper, and have found a place where they are really resonable. Anyway I just graduated college and have some money where I can probably swing it right now, but would definatly struggle with student loans. Anyway…I will have a job within a couple months with dental insurance, and I really need to get braces before my wedding in 2 years, any way is it worth waiting for the insurance, or should I just jump in now, if anyone has any examples they can give me I would be so happy…just like how much got knocked off with their insurance, all I want is an example! Thanks!
