What are some ideas for accent colors for a wedding with fern green and brown for the main colors?

I am getting married this october 2010. i am having a difficult time trying to come up with some other colors to go with my bridesmaid dresses which are fern green. I found this color at davids bridal and i absolutely loved it. I know that my fiance wants brown for the colors of the tuxes so i figured those would be the two main colors for the wedding. i am wanting to come up with some other accent colors. I have thought about a purple and maybe white, but i don’t know if these will look right. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
What do you guys think about this type of flower arrangement colors I plan to send to my gf at work?

I been dating my gf for close to 2 months and Its my first ever pay check from work and I am planning to spend it all on the most important people to me… One of them being my gf. I plan on sending her flowers at work since she knows that I have never gave anyone gifts and It will be my first…. So I have come up with the following arrangements…
6 white roses – showing that I care
5 yellow roses – signifying friendship
1 red rose – love
Purpose is that I want her to know that I care of her and will be there for her; with the friendship and trust that we have, love will surely come…. This kind of summarizes what our relationship is currently like.
I want to write her about the meanings of the colors but I am not sure how to come about it… She is a simple girl and I dont know if I should just explain to her through a poem or directly tell her in writing.
What do you guys think about this arrangement and idea?

I’m having a really hard time deciding on my wedding colors. My FI doesn’t care what color so it’s up to me but the thing is i like too many colors! 
I was originally thinking Hot pink and turquoise with Damask (on invitations, cake, tables etc.) We are going to get married this November. I really want to to use gerber daisies for my flowers. I’m using fresh flowers and they only come in white, magenta (hot pink) ,light pink, yellow, red, & orange. I don’t really want to use fall colors. Brown, yellow, orange for my wedding But i feel that since it’s in November i need fall colors, which i don’t like. Don’t post stupid colors!
What types and colors of flowers did or will you have at your wedding?

My wedding is in Nov 2010… I like the idea of purple as my main color but every time I look for other colors to go with it, it shows colors like orange and i am not very fond of orange…

My wedding is planned for September 18th and my colors are lavender and light (almost aqua) blue. I realize I can’t go too springy since it’s in september but I don’t want a fall theme either. I’m probably moving the ceremony indoors now so how can I incorporate my colors, love of the outdoors and fantasy into my wedding without it being tacky? Any ideas are appreciated!
Is it ok for wedding photographers/videographers to wear colors?

I was shooting a wedding and the videographers (guy & girl) were wearing black dress pants and the girl had on a medium-purplish blue button down dress shirt and the guy had on a dark orange dress shirt with a tie that had a design that matched both his shirt and the blue in her shirt. I thought they looked really nice and coordinated, but the DJ (dressed in all black & in the biz for 20+ years) commented to me that their clothing was inappropriate. I was wearing dark grey dress pants and black button down shirt. I’d like to consider adding some color like they did to move away from the boring black/white/grey combos, but don’t want to be thought unprofessional. What do you think? I’d love to hear from brides/grooms, guests, and professionals.

I am having a beach wedding but I have already booked the wedding and have no idea what the colors are going to be yet so I just got the invitations with the beach scene at sunset (which is the time of my wedding) so would it be ok to choose the colors later?
My wedding is June 19, 2010 and I need help with a signature drink. My colors are gold&ivory. Any ideas?

I am in the beginning stages of planning a wedding, but having trouble picking a color scheme. The only thing I know for sure is that do to my fiance family background we have chosen that I will wear a deep red wedding dress. We are thinking of early spring (April, May) or fall (Oct, Nov) for the wedding. I only what my dress to be red not the whole wedding. Any ideals of what color scheme I can use?
