My father is getting re-married on Valentine’s day and I was just notified about 2 days ago. [aha.] my mom doesn’t want the dress to be expensive, maybe a little over 100$ is my limit. links/pictures are appreciated. 
any idea on my hair, makeup, shoes, accessories, ect.? my hair is dark brown with lots [and i mean LOTS] of layers..so i don’t think i could put it up or it would look kinda weird, and its thinned out the bottom. also for my shoes: i don’t think my mom would appreciate me wearing high heels/wedges. i was thinking ballet flats maybe? ugh. i’m writing so much [sorry about that]. but they didn’t tell me till two days ago, which doesn’t leave me much time till the wedding.

you can really do any flat…. i guess it depends how old you are but i think you should wear a heel it doesn’t have to be very high. especially if its your dads wedding its gonna be fancy.
