The space we have had picked out for three years now is going under construction for all of 2010! Most of our family live in the center of cleveland. It was kinda far for everyone to travel to anyway, so does anyone have any good ideas for a ceremony site? I don’t need it for a reception, i have a space for that already. We really like historic sites or something original. No churches, we are both different religions. I want both our families to show up!
Good ideas for wedding ceremony in Cleveland, OH?

They actually have weddings at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Jacobs Field and Cleveland Browns stadium which are in the center of Cleveland.
You might also want to check out the Theater district, The Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Botanical Garden, Western Reserve Historical Society, and Cleveland Museum of Natural History.
Good luck!

There are so many places here in Cleveland to have your wedding without resulting to using a church. Besides the beautiful parks we have locally, we also have the Metroparks Zoo and Rainforest as an option. I personally have a soft spot for our local museums, but if you’re having a spring or summer wedding don’t forget the Botanical Gardens. The William G. Mather is another unique choice as well. Don’t forget that there are loft spaces around town available for rent where you can create the backdrop you want for your wedding. I’ve seen many a photo shoot take place at Tower City, but it would also be a cute, unique place for a ceremony as well. There is also the Old Arcade, the Old Courthouse and various other city buildings available. Hope that helps and congratulations.
