First off: CONGRATULATIONS! This is an exciting time for you. Try not to stress too much. Just enjoy the moments.
Anywho, if you are going to include fireworks, now would probably be the best time to find them at a discount price. You can go to one of the large wharehouses or something. One like “Sparkey’s” or something.
Also, a fun idea, and cheap, would be to make cupcakes with red, white, and blue icing instead of hiring someone to make a huge expensive cake. The grown-ups and kids love cupcakes!
Also, go to cheap party shops like Party City, Cromers, etc. Even like the Dollar Tree and find streamers and balloons and other decorations that no one should spend and arm & leg on.
If it’s outside, use lots of lighting. Like the campfire type poles (torches) or thinga ma jigs! And candles on the tables. That would be a really nice touch.
And the flower decorations can be fake. No one needs to smell the fresh flowers, that’s what the scented candles are for!
I really hope this helped, and I wish ya the best!
    DON’T STRESS YOURSELF OUT!
